At Panaleh, every piece is crafted with care and delivered to you with free shipping across Europe. Below are the details of how we handle your orders:

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed immediately after full payment is received. Processing and production times may vary depending on the product type (knitwear, accessories, home goods, etc.). Please check product pages for estimated shipping times.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping is always free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

3. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union. At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of Europe.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by product and destination. Most orders arrive within 5–15 business days, but handcrafted or specialty items may take longer. Estimated delivery windows are shown during checkout.

5. Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number to follow your package.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately with your order number and tracking details. We’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right.

7. Shipment Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated time frames, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather, or global disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

8. Shipping Regions

We only offer shipping to the countries listed in the header menu of our website. If your country is not listed, we are unable to ship to your location at this time.
