We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference.
2. Defective or Damaged Products

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers are entitled to a refund or replacement if the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To process a claim, please provide your order number, a description of the defect/damage, and photographic evidence.
3. Process for Approved Claims

Once the claim is verified, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or send a replacement product, at our discretion.

Refunds will only cover the original purchase price.
4. Non-Eligible Cases

Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refund or replacement.
